A. The thing is that it isn't very environmentally-friendly to use paper plates either. While they decompose quickly, a lot of trees, energy, etc. are used to make something that people use once and then throw away. Paper is also not naturally a nice white colour... they have to bleach it to get it like that. Over several years it's much better to eat out of plastic bowls than to buy paper plates every week. The best you could do would be wooden bowls... for the amount of wood it takes to make a few paper plates, you could create something durable that would last for years.

A. it depends on what it is. target has gotten a lot more competitive recently and i've found that i save a lot more money at target than i would at walmart. the last time i was at walmart i noticed a lot of the things i was buying cost the same as at kroger. so that's either saying that kroger is just as cheap or walmart is just as expensive. besides toiletries, target's grocery area is really cheap too, especially their archer farms brand foods (which are really good btw). i buy all of my dry goods and toiletries at target because the prices are great and the atmosphere is less stressful than the clusterf*uck one usually experiences at walmart. but if you want to buy some really dirt cheap toiletries, i suggest finding a drug emporium. A. Start by saying what tobacco is, when it was first used/grown, and who grew/grows it. Don't introduce any information about whether you think it should be illegal or not. Then at the end of this paragraph, say "Tobacco should/shouldn't be illegal because, (give very broad topics)". It is important that you say "Tobacco should" and not "I think tobacco should". By saying "I think", you take away a lot of the force behind the statement. Then write body paragraphs based on those topics.
